Sarah cut her teeth in audio production in the indie sector, helping to make radio documentaries and dramas for BBC radio 1, 2, 3 & 4 before joining the BBC to work across News and Sport.
She went on to launch her freelance career providing support as a publicist and writer for a range of clients including the BBC Press Office, Radio 5 Live and for the last two years, as a researcher for Outrage+Optimism.
Despite growing up in an urban environment in South London, she was encouraged by her parents to nurture a deep connection to nature, a connection that now guides her work and life decisions. She is particularly interested in how intersectionality is informing the climate space and how we collectively ensure that the goals of the climate movement do not become more important than the routes we take to achieve them.
